简述

提交管理员命令。
定义
function AdminCommand(const Command: WideString; TimeOut: Integer; NoDataTimeOut: Integer;out RecvString:OleVariant; out BroadString: OleVariant;out ErrMsg: OleVariant): OleVariant;
参数
名称类型说明
Command WideString字符串类型，提交的管理员命令串。
TimeOut Integer整数类型，命令超时的毫秒数。
NoDateTimeOut:整数类型，收到第一个数据开始多久没有数据则返回。
RecvString返回的命令结果串。
BroadString返回的广播消息串。
ErrMsg如果发生错误，返回的错误信息。
返回 OleVariant
为0表示成功，否则为错误码。
